2. Natural coffee roasters - TNA series
TNA natural coffee roasters are designed for capacities from 60 to 600 kg per batch, with productions of up to 3,000 kg per hour. They incorporate low emission burners, afterburners and advanced safety coolers. All process control is managed through HMI with TecControl or TecControl+ technology.
TNA Series ranges:
- CAPS (20 to 80 kg/h): High-precision roasters for capsules, single-dose or laboratory use. Specialists in small batches and total control of parameters.
- ACCURA (210 to 420 kg/h): Traditional technology, perfect for roasting by origins. Natural method without additives. Ideal for single origin coffees.
- INNOVA (600 to 3.000 kg/h): Advanced technology, flexible and robust. Perfect for blends and irregular grains. High industrial performance.
- COFFEETEC (1.500 to 4.000 kg/h): Premium industrial roaster for large production. Especially for fast and extremely precise roasting.
Specialty Coffee: ACCURA Specialty range
It includes models designed for the world of speciality coffee and specialty coffee roasting. Available in gas or 100% electric version, with versions from:
- 100-250g Sample roaster
- 2 kg roaster
- 6 kg roaster
- 15 kg roaster
- 30 kg roaster
These machines allow micro roasters to scale up without losing sensory control or batch-to-batch consistency.
3. Coffee roasters - TTA series
The TTA Series specialises in roasting roasted coffee, with batch capacities from 60 to 500 kg and throughputs of up to 1,800 kg/hour. They have a tilting drum without perforations, double cooling system and advanced PLC management with automated roasting profiles.
TTA Series ranges:
- NM (180 to 1.700 kg/h): Robust range for roasted coffee. Stainless steel drum, airtightness and thermal efficiency. Accepts up to 33% sugar (75% under specification).
- MI (420 to 1.700 kg/h): Mixed roasters for sugar coated coffee and natural coffee. Equipped with double cooler. Perfect for versatile plants that require maximum precision in both processes.
- COMPLET (600 to 1.500 kg/h): Premium range for mixed production. It has two independent roasting drums: one for natural coffee and one for torrefacto ted coffee. Based on INNOVA technology.
All TTA Series ranges are designed to operate at partial or full load without affecting the roasting curve.
